Why is my SJ627E's crank difficult to turn?

The chute rotation system arrivs in a locked position from our factory. The chute crank rod should be installed, then rotate the chute clockwise once completely, and then back and forth until loosened. This will disable the lock, and the chute will loosen further with regular use.
