Does the Power Joe have any built-in safety features?

The transport handle on the Power Joe is specifically designed for both easy transport and proper safety to keep the user at a safe distance from the machine while transporting.  When collapsing the handle for easy storagem safety is also ensured with Power Joe's secure handle design.  After the user assembles the lock pin according to the manual instructions, the lock pin will secure the handle automatically while the user lifts the handle in place; if the userwishes to collapse the handle, he/she will need to pull out the lock pin intentionally and then fold down the handle accordingly.
