What Should I Check First?

Confirm Both Batteries Are Charged
Check the charge-level indicators on both 24V IONMAX batteries.
If all three indicator LEDs are illuminated, the battery charge level is high.

Make Sure Two Batteries Are Installed
The cordless scarifier + dethatcher requires two 24V batteries operating together.
One battery alone does not provide sufficient power to operate the tool.
