Replacement Blade
CJ601E-RBLD double-sided replacement cutting blade. One blade is included per product listing.
How to Install or Reverse a Blade

Disconnect the Chipper
Move the removable safety switch to OFF, unplug the chipper, remove the safety switch, and wait for the cutting head to stop completely.

Open the Hopper
Turn the hopper locking knob counterclockwise and open or remove the hopper to access the cutting head.

Secure the Cutting Head
Wear protective gloves and prevent the cutting head from rotating while the blade hardware is being removed.

Remove the Blade
Use the supplied hex key to remove the bolts securing the worn blade, then carefully lift the blade from the cutting head.

Reverse or Replace the Blade
If the second cutting edge is unused and undamaged, reverse the double-sided blade. Otherwise, install a new CJ601E-RBLD blade. Align the blade slots correctly with the cutting head.

Secure the Blade
Reinstall the blade bolts and tighten them securely with the hex key. Do not operate the chipper with loose, damaged, or incorrectly aligned blade hardware.

Reinstall and Lock the Hopper
Reinstall the hopper and turn the locking knob clockwise until it is tight. Confirm that the blade does not contact or rub the splash guard before reconnecting power.
