Follow this guide and video to assemble your Sun Joe SPX3001 electric pressure washer. Learn how to install the accessory holders, connect the spray wand and hoses, and prepare the unit for its first use.

Before You Begin
Unpack the pressure washer and check for the trigger gun, spray wand, five Quick-Connect nozzles (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, and Soap), trigger gun holder, spray wand protector, two small screws, garden hose adapter, and needle clean-out tool. Inspect the unit and accessories for damage.
Safety first: Keep the pressure washer unplugged until assembly is complete. Set it upright on a stable surface. Do not use the unit if any part or electrical cord is damaged.
Install the Accessory Holders

Attach the Trigger Gun Holder
Slide the trigger gun holder into its mounting position and secure it using one of the supplied screws (operator's manual, Fig. 2).

Attach the Spray Wand Protector
Snap the spray wand protector tabs into the slots at the bottom left of the unit, then fasten it with the remaining screw (Fig. 3).
Connect the Spray Wand and Hoses

Connect the Wand to the Trigger Gun
Insert the stainless steel spray wand into the trigger gun and rotate the collar until both pieces are securely locked (Fig. 4).

Attach the High-Pressure Hose
Connect the high-pressure hose to the trigger gun and ensure the connection is secure (Fig. 5). Keep the hose away from sharp objects and do not use it if damaged.

Install the Garden Hose Adapter
Attach the supplied female garden hose adapter to the pressure washer's water inlet. Connect a suitable garden hose to the adapter (Fig. 6).

Connect the Water Supply
Attach the other end of the garden hose to your water supply (Fig. 7). Use clean, cold water and make sure the supply meets the requirements in the operator's manual.
Before First Use
Make sure the power switch is in the OFF (0) position before plugging in the unit. Open the water supply, then follow the operator's manual instructions to purge air from the system and start the washer safely. Select and install the appropriate Quick-Connect nozzle only as instructed in the manual.
Important: Never operate the pressure washer without an adequate water supply. Always engage the trigger gun safety lock when changing nozzles, and never point the spray at people, pets, or electrical equipment.
