Can I use disinfectants as detergent with my pressure washer?

Provided your pressure washer has a stand-alone, detachable foam cannon, as is the case with the Sun Joe SPX3000 XTREAM, you can pour disinfectant, virucide, or other cleaning/sanitizing solutions into this foam cannon and use it to sanitize surfaces prior to rinsing them with your pressure washer.
