SPX3000 Assembly Video
Before Assembly
Do not connect the pressure washer to an electrical outlet until assembly is complete. Assemble the unit on a secure, stable surface and keep it in a standing, upright position.
Unpack the unit and confirm that the parts listed in the manual are present. Do not assemble or operate the pressure washer if a part is missing or damaged.
Quick Assembly Steps
Position the pressure washer
Place the unit upright on a stable surface as close as practical to the water supply.
Install the trigger gun holder
Slide the trigger gun holder into its position on the unit.
Attach the handle
Slide the handle into position and secure it using the four large screws supplied with the pressure washer.
Install the detergent tanks
Insert each tank top-first beneath the ridge of its storage compartment, then snap the bottom into the V-shaped groove. Connect the PVC detergent tube to the detergent connection.
Attach the spray wand protector
Snap its tab into the slot on the lower-left side of the unit, then secure it with one small screw.
Attach the hose holder
Slide the hose holder into position and secure it using the remaining small screw.
Connect the spray wand and high-pressure hose
Fit the spray wand into the trigger gun and rotate the collar until the two parts lock. Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the trigger gun and the other end to the high-pressure water outlet on the washer.
Connect the garden hose adapter
Attach the female garden hose adapter to the water inlet, then thread the male end of the garden hose into the adapter. The manual requires a reinforced garden hose with an internal diameter of at least 1/2 inch (13 mm).
Final Check
- Confirm all holders, screws, tanks, hoses, and the spray wand are secure.
- Keep the high-pressure hose away from sharp objects and do not use it if damaged.
- Complete the water-supply and startup procedure in the SPX3000 manual before operating the unit.
