Why won't my 24V-AGR100 unit turn on, even though the battery is charged?

If your 24V-AGR100 unit is not turning on, even though the battery is charged, the prongs or connection on the battery or the unit may be damaged. Check the prongs and connection on both the battery and the unit to make sure they are not damaged.
