The Sun Joe 24V-TB-LTE Cordless Compact Turbine Jet Blower requires the upper and lower blower tubes to be attached before operation. Make sure both tube connections click securely into place before installing the battery.

Before You Begin
Safety first: Keep the battery removed while assembling the blower. Do not insert the battery until assembly is complete.
Before attaching or detaching the blower tubes, make sure the ON/OFF switch is in the OFF (0) position, the battery is removed, and the impeller has stopped completely.

How to Assemble the 24V-TB-LTE

Keep the Battery Removed
Before assembling the blower, confirm that the battery is not installed and the ON/OFF switch is in the OFF (0) position.

Align the Upper Blower Tube
Locate the notches on the cordless turbine jet blower body and the matching notches on the upper blower tube.

Attach the Upper Blower Tube
Align the notches and slide the upper blower tube onto the blower body until it clicks into place.

Align the Lower Blower Tube
Locate the matching connection points on the upper blower tube and lower blower tube.

Attach the Lower Blower Tube
Slide the lower blower tube onto the upper blower tube until it clicks securely into place.

Check Both Tube Connections
Confirm that both blower tube sections are fully seated and secure before installing the battery or operating the blower.
Important: The operator's manual does not recommend disassembling the blower tube after it has been assembled.
After Assembly
Before operation: Make sure the blower tube is installed securely. The manual warns not to operate the unit without the blower tube in place.
