Make sure the holes are aligned. Secure the lower chute crank by reinserting the hitch pin through the aligned holes. Remove the second hitch pin from the top end of the lower chute crank. Slide the upper chute crank down through the rubber ring located on the middle frame. Insert the upper chute crank into the lower chute crank. Align the holes on both crank sections and secure them with the hitch pin.
