Setup & Attachment

Switch off the pressure washer
Turn the motor switch to OFF (0). Squeeze the trigger gun to release all residual pressure in the hose.

Remove the existing nozzle or wand attachment
Pull back the brass Quick-Connect collar on your pressure washer's spray lance and remove the current nozzle.

Connect the SPX-SC14 extension wand
Pull back the Quick-Connect collar on your spray lance and insert the 1/4-inch QC male end of the SPX-SC14 extension wand. Release the collar — it will click securely into place.

Confirm the connection is locked
Gently tug the wand to confirm it is fully seated and locked. A loose connection will cause leaks at the joint.

Place on the surface and start cleaning
Set the SPX-SC14 flat on the surface to be cleaned. Turn on the water, start the pressure washer, and begin cleaning — moving the unit slowly and steadily for best results.
Usage Tips
For Best Cleaning Results
- Move the SPX-SC14 slowly and steadily — rushing reduces contact time and cleaning effectiveness
- Overlap each pass by 1–2 inches to avoid leaving uncleaned lines between rows
- For very heavy buildup or oil stains, make a second pass after the first
- Apply a pressure washer-rated detergent to the surface first, let it dwell for 2–3 minutes, then clean with the SPX-SC14 for deep stain removal
- Keep the housing flat and level with the surface — tilting reduces the cleaning path and can cause uneven results
- For stubborn spots, hold the unit stationary for 1–2 seconds over the stain before moving forward
Surface Suitability
- Concrete and asphalt — ideal; handles heavy staining and oil buildup
- Paving stones and brick — excellent; uniform pressure won't dislodge mortar
- Composite and wood decking — use at lower pressure settings; do not use on soft or weathered wood
- Tile and stone patios — excellent for algae and mildew removal
- Garage and workshop floors — excellent for grease, grime, and rubber tire marks
Cleaning Pattern

Start at the far end
Begin at the edge farthest from your water supply so you push dirty water away from yourself as you work back.

Work in straight rows
Move the SPX-SC14 in overlapping horizontal rows across the surface width.

Rinse finished sections
Swap to a standard nozzle (40°) to rinse loosened dirt off the cleaned surface toward a drain.
Care & Maintenance
After Every Use

Flush the unit
After cleaning, run clean water through the attachment for 30 seconds to flush out any detergent or debris from the spray arm and housing.

Inspect the spray nozzles
Check the two rotating spray jet openings for any blockage. Use the needle clean-out tool from your pressure washer (if included) to clear any obstructions.

Rinse the housing exterior
Wipe down or rinse the housing and wheels to remove debris and grime.

Disconnect and store
Remove from the spray lance, allow to drain fully, and store in a dry location.
Periodic Checks
- Inspect the quick-connect fitting for wear, corrosion, or cracking — replace if damaged
- Check the spray arm rotates freely — a blocked or stiff arm reduces cleaning performance
- Inspect the wheel axles for debris buildup that could impede movement
- Verify the housing seal and o-rings are intact — any cracks can cause pressure loss and leaking
Storage
- Store indoors in a dry location away from freezing temperatures
- Always drain completely before storing — residual water in the spray arm can freeze and crack internal components
- Store the extension wand attached or coiled nearby to prevent fitting damage
- Do not store under heavy objects that could deform the housing or wheels
