Then secure the upper frame to the middle frame with the second set of knobs and bolts.Set the chute deflectorLoosen the chute deflector knob, raise or lower the deflector to the desired snow stream height, then tighten the knob.Attach the chute clean-out toolAttach the two included clean-out tool clips to the middle frame, then snap the clean-out tool onto the clips.Install the lower chute crankRemove the hitch pin from the female end of the lower chute crank. Insert the lower crank rod into the opening at the back of the housing, align the holes, and secure it with the hitch pin.Install the upper chute crankSlide the upper chute crank through the rubber ring on the middle frame, connect it to the lower chute crank, align the holes, and secure it with the hitch pin.Secure the cablePlace the cable clips over the cable and snap them onto the middle frame to secure the cable to the machine.⚠️ Assembly check: Make sure the chute deflector is secure. Do not overtighten the chute deflector knob.Getting StartedCharge both batteries firstInsert the charger plug into a wall outlet. The top light turns green when powered on. Insert both batteries into the charger. The bottom red light indicates charging; the top green light with the red light off indicates fully charged. A fully discharged battery pack charges in about 2 hours in the normal temperature range.Check battery charge levelPress the charge-level button on each battery. Three lights indicate high charge; one light means the battery should be charged immediately.Inspect the clearing areaRemove stones, toys, broken glass, nails, wire, string, and other objects that could be picked up and thrown by the auger.Install both batteriesOpen the battery compartment covers and slide each battery down until it clicks and locks into position.Start the snow blowerPress and hold the safety switch button, then pull the ON/OFF trigger toward you. Once the machine starts, release the safety switch button.Clear at a steady pacePush gently and evenly according to the unit’s throw rate. Do not force the machine or push too quickly.Adjust snow direction and heightRotate the chute crank to adjust the discharge chute up to 180°. Loosen the deflector knob to raise or lower the snow stream, then tighten the knob.Stop the unitRelease the ON/OFF trigger. Wait for all moving parts to stop before cleaning, inspecting, or storing the unit.💡 Headlight note: The two LED lights turn on when the snow blower is running and automatically turn off about 30 seconds after the machine powers off.🚫 Never use your hands to unclog the chute. Turn the motor off, remove the batteries, wait 10 seconds for the impeller blades to stop, then use the clean-out tool.Maintenance & Care🚫 Always turn off the snow blower and remove both batteries before cleaning, inspecting, servicing, storing, or transporting the unit.1Run briefly after snow clearingAfter each snow removal session, run the snow blower for a few minutes to help prevent the collector/impeller and auger from freezing.2Remove residual snow and iceShut off the motor, wait for all revolving parts to stop, remove the batteries, then wipe residual snow and ice from the unit.3Rotate the chute after useRotate the chute deflector by the chute control crank several times to remove excess snow buildup.4Check hardware oftenInspect bolts and screws at frequent intervals and tighten as needed to keep the equipment in safe working condition.5Care for batteries and chargerDo not immerse batteries or charger in liquid. Clean charger vents and electrical contacts with compressed air. Use only mild soap on a damp cloth when cleaning plastic surfaces.6Store indoorsRemove both batteries and store the snow blower indoors in a locked, dry place out of reach of children.7Recharge during off-season storageRecharge the battery packs every 6 months to about 50% capacity, shown as 2 lights on the battery indicator, to maintain battery performance.8No lubrication neededLubrication is not necessary and may damage the unit. The motor and auger are lubricated for lifetime use at the factory.Troubleshooting GuideOnly perform the steps described below.
