- Install the hose holder. Attach the high-pressure hose holder with the remaining four screws.
- Install the accessory holders. Slide the cord holder, trigger-gun holder, and spray-wand protector into their mounting points.
- Connect the spray wand. Press the wand wings into the trigger-gun slot and twist counterclockwise until fully locked.
- Connect the high-pressure hose. Secure one end to the trigger gun and the other to the washer’s water outlet.
- Connect the garden hose. Install the garden-hose adapter on the water inlet, then attach a reinforced garden hose with an internal diameter of at least 1/2 inch.
Water supply: Use clean cold or lukewarm water only. The washer is not designed for direct connection to potable water mains unless the system is protected against backflow.
Getting Started and Operation
- Position the washer. Place it upright on a secure, stable surface as close as practical to the water supply.
- Confirm the switch is off. Verify that the outlet voltage and frequency match the product rating, then plug the washer directly into the outlet.
- Reset the GFCI. Press Reset until the GFCI power indicator illuminates. Do not use the washer if the GFCI does not operate correctly.
- Open the water supply. Turn the faucet fully on and confirm the hose is not kinked.
- Prime the system. Release the trigger safety lock and hold the trigger until the water flows steadily and trapped air is removed.
- Install the selected attachment. With the washer off and pressure released, connect a spray tip, turbo nozzle, foam cannon, or brush securely.
- Start cleaning. Keep the trigger pressed and turn the switch to On. Hold the trigger gun with both hands, begin at least 12 inches from the surface, and test an inconspicuous area.
- Pause safely. For breaks of five minutes or longer, engage the trigger lock, switch the washer off, and unplug it.
Total Stop System: The motor shutting off when the trigger is released is normal. It restarts when the trigger is squeezed.
Electrical safety: Keep connections dry and off the ground. Never touch the plug with wet hands, use the washer in rain, or direct spray at electrical equipment, people, pets, or the washer itself.
Extension-Cord Guidance
Extension cords are not recommended. The washer includes a 35-foot GFCI power cord. An extension cord can cause voltage drop, power loss, and overheating.
Nozzle and Attachment Guide
| 0° red tip | Concentrated spray for spot cleaning and hard-to-reach areas. Use cautiously on durable surfaces. |
|---|---|
| 15° yellow tip | Stronger fan spray for tough cleaning on durable surfaces. |
| 40° gray tip | Wider, gentler spray for broader coverage and more delicate surfaces. |
| Turbo nozzle | Rotating zero-degree spray for stubborn dirt and grime on suitable durable surfaces. |
| Utility bristle brush | Light scrubbing assistance for painted, topcoat, and other suitable delicate surfaces. |
| Wheel-and-rim brush | Targeted scrubbing for suitable vehicle wheels and rims. |
Before changing an attachment: Switch off and unplug the washer, shut off the water, squeeze the trigger to release pressure, and engage the trigger lock.
Using the Foam Cannon
- Use only detergent formulated for pressure washers and prepare it according to its label.
- Fill the foam-cannon bottle without overfilling and reinstall its cap securely.
- Remove the spray wand from the trigger gun, align the foam-cannon tabs with the gun, and twist counterclockwise to lock.
- Apply detergent from the bottom upward. Adjust the cap for soap volume and rotate the detergent nozzle to change the spray angle.
- Do not allow detergent to dry. Remove the foam cannon, reinstall the spray wand and suitable nozzle, and rinse from the top downward.
- Drain and rinse the foam cannon with clean water after use.
Do not use household detergents, bleach, acids, alkaline solutions, solvents, flammable liquids, or industrial cleaning solutions.
Shutting Down
- Turn the switch off and unplug the power cord.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Hold the trigger until all remaining system pressure is released.
- Engage the trigger lock, then disconnect and drain the hoses and accessories.
Maintenance, Care, and Storage
- Switch off, unplug, shut off the water, and release pressure before inspection, cleaning, or maintenance.
- Remove the adapter filter from the garden-hose adapter and rinse it with warm water.
- Remove a clogged nozzle and use the supplied needle tool to clear its opening, then flush it with clean water.
- Inspect the power cord, GFCI, hoses, gun, wand, and connections before use. Replace damaged high-pressure hoses; never attempt to repair them.
- Use only clean water. Dirty, gritty, sandy, or chemically contaminated water can damage the pump.
- Drain water from the pump, hoses, foam cannon, and attachments before storage. Keep the high-pressure hose free of kinks.
- Store the washer indoors in a dry, frost-free location above 32°F (0°C).
- For winter storage, use a noncorrosive, nontoxic pressure-washer pump protector or antifreeze as directed, then flush with clear water before reuse.
