Assembly
Before assembly: Remove both batteries. Keep the washer upright on a secure, stable surface.
- Install the trigger-gun holder. Insert the holder into its mounting point on the bucket.
- Seat the bucket. Align the base-unit water inlet with the outlet on the bottom of the bucket, then lower the bucket fully into position.
- Lock the bucket. Raise both buckles, latch them to the bucket, and press the buckle ends down to secure it.
- Connect the spray wand. Align its tabs with the trigger gun, push it in firmly, and twist counterclockwise to lock.
- Attach the 5-in-1 nozzle. Pull back the quick-connect collar, insert the nozzle until it clicks, and release the collar.
- Connect the high-pressure hose. Lock one end into the trigger gun. Connect the other end to the base-unit outlet and tighten its outer collar clockwise.
Do not lift the assembled washer by the bucket handles. Move it by pulling the base handle while the unit rolls on its wheels.
Battery and Charging
- Remove both batteries. Open the battery compartment and press each battery’s push-lock button.
- Connect the charger. Plug the dual-port charger into a compatible outlet. Two green lights show that the charger has power.
- Charge both batteries. Slide each battery into a charging port until secured. Red indicates charging; green indicates fully charged.
- Disconnect after charging. Remove the batteries and unplug the charger when charging is complete.
Battery gauge: Three LEDs indicate a high charge; two LEDs mean charge is decreasing; one LED means work should stop and the battery should be recharged.
Use both batteries together. One battery cannot supply enough power to start the pressure washer. Install batteries with the same voltage and capacity.
Getting Started and Operation
Choose a Water Source
| Bucket mode | Remove the bucket from the base, fill it with clean fresh water, then reseat and lock it. Do not fill the bucket while it is attached to the base. |
|---|---|
| Garden-hose mode | Remove the bucket and bucket adapter. Install the water-inlet connector and garden-hose adapter, then connect a reinforced garden hose with an internal diameter of at least 1/2 inch. |
- Install both charged batteries. Slide them into the battery compartments until they click, then close the cover.
- Connect the water. Lock the filled bucket onto the base or connect the reinforced garden hose. When using a hose, turn the faucet fully on.
- Prime the system. Release the trigger safety lock and hold the trigger until water flows steadily and trapped air is removed.
- Start the washer. Continue holding the trigger and press the On/Off button on the control panel.
- Select the pressure. The washer starts in high mode. Press the low-setting button for 650 PSI rated pressure and press it again to return to high mode.
- Clean carefully. Hold the gun with both hands, begin at least 12 inches from the surface, and test an inconspicuous area before moving closer.
Safety: Never aim high-pressure spray at people, pets, live electrical equipment, the pressure washer, clothing, or footwear. Use clean cold or lukewarm water only, never above 104°F (40°C).
Using the 5-in-1 Nozzle
The nozzle provides 0°, 15°, 40°, 0+, and 40+ spray settings. Wider settings are intended for gentler or broader cleaning; narrow jets are more concentrated and can damage soft, painted, or fragile surfaces. Test before cleaning.
Never rotate the nozzle while spraying. Switch off the washer, remove both batteries, disconnect the water source, release pressure, and lock the trigger before changing the spray pattern.
Using the Foam Cannon
- Use only detergent made for pressure washers and prepare it according to the detergent manufacturer’s directions.
- Switch off the washer, remove both batteries, disconnect the water source, and release pressure.
- Fill the foam cannon without overfilling, connect it securely to the trigger gun, and restore the water and batteries.
- Apply detergent from the bottom upward. Do not allow detergent to dry on the surface.
- After application, shut down and depressurize the unit, remove the foam cannon, reinstall the spray wand and nozzle, and rinse from the top downward.
- Flush the foam cannon with clean water after use.
Do not use household detergents, bleach or chlorine products, ammonia products, solvents, acids, flammable liquids, or industrial cleaning solutions.
Shutting Down
- Press the On/Off button and remove both batteries.
- Empty and remove the bucket, or turn off and disconnect the garden hose.
- Squeeze the trigger until all remaining pressure is released, then engage the trigger lock.
- Disconnect and drain the high-pressure hose and accessories.
Maintenance, Care, and Storage
- Remove both batteries before cleaning, inspection, accessory changes, or maintenance.
- Remove the bucket filter and water-inlet filter and rinse them with warm water to prevent pump blockage.
- After depressurizing and removing the nozzle, use the supplied needle tool to clear its openings. Backflush the nozzle and wand with clean water.
- Inspect the high-pressure hose and connections before each use. Replace a damaged hose; never attempt to repair one.
- Drain the bucket, pump, hoses, and foam cannon before storage. Keep the high-pressure hose free of kinks.
- Store the washer and batteries indoors in a dry, covered, frost-free location above 32°F (0°C).
- For winter storage, use a noncorrosive, nontoxic pressure-washer pump protector or antifreeze as directed, then flush the system with clear water before reuse.
