Meet the X20-AIR Series
Key Components
Digital display - shows the pressure reading in PSI and the selected shutoff pressure.
Power button - turns on the display and prepares the compressor for operation.
Pressure controls - the plus and minus buttons set the desired automatic shutoff pressure.
Trigger switch - starts inflation, stops the compressor, and controls the lock-on function.
LED work light - adds visibility for approximately 10 seconds after the power button is pressed.
Air hose - 12-inch hose that connects the compressor to the air chuck.
Air chuck and clamp - secure the hose to a compatible valve stem or adapter.
Hose storage area - holds the air hose on top of the compressor when not in use.
Battery compartment - locks the X20 ECOSHARP® battery into the compressor.
Battery indicators - four LEDs show 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% charge.
21V lithium-ion charger - charges the included X20 ECOSHARP® battery.

Start Here: Before First Use
Air Hose Assembly

Remove the battery
Do not assemble or adjust the hose while a battery is installed.

Attach the air hose
Screw the threaded end of the air hose clockwise into the cordless air compressor.

Tighten securely
Confirm the hose connection is fully tightened before installing the battery or operating the compressor.
Battery Charging

Remove the battery
Press the battery push-lock button and pull the battery out of the compressor.

Connect the charger
Confirm the outlet voltage matches the charger rating. Plug the charger into an appropriate AC outlet, then connect the charger plug to the battery charge socket.

Watch the status light
The charger indicator is red while charging and green when the battery is fully charged.

Disconnect after charging
Allow approximately 3.5 hours for the X20-AIR-2A battery or 4.5 hours for the X20-AIR-3A battery. Unplug the charger from the outlet first, then disconnect it from the battery.
Inflating with the Air Hose

Place the air chuck on the valve
Use the air chuck without an adapter when the valve stem fits the chuck opening.

Seat the valve stem
Push the air chuck down until the threaded section of the valve stem is inside the chuck.

Lock the clamp
Press the air chuck clamp down until it stops or sits parallel with the air hose.

Remove after inflation
Turn the compressor off, lift the air chuck clamp, and remove the chuck from the valve stem.
Using the Included Adapters
Tapered adapters - for small air valves on items such as floats and children's inflatable toys.
Sport ball needle - for sports balls and other items that require a ball needle.
Air mattress nozzle - for compatible small-volume air mattresses and similar inflatables.
Presta valve adapter - for bicycle tires with Presta valve stems.
Dunlop valve adapter - for compatible bicycle tires with Dunlop valve stems.

Insert the correct adapter
Place the adapter in the air chuck.

Lock it in place
Press the air chuck clamp down until the adapter is secure.

Remove it safely
After turning off the compressor, lift the clamp and remove the adapter.
Digital Gauge & Automatic Shutoff

Turn on the display
Press the power button below the LCD. The display must be on before operating the compressor.
To set the display mode to PSI, press and hold the M button for approximately 3–5 seconds until the mode changes.
To select the product-use mode, press the M button once. Each press cycles through the available preset modes shown on the display, such as car tire, bicycle tire, and sports ball. Stop when the icon that matches the item you are inflating appears.

Select the target pressure
Press and hold the plus or minus button until the desired shutoff pressure appears. The numbers flash while the setting is being changed.

Wait for the current pressure
After selecting the target, wait a few seconds for the display to show the current tire or item pressure.

Begin inflation
Press the trigger. The compressor stops automatically when the selected pressure is reached.
Starting, Stopping & Lock-On

Install the charged battery
Slide the battery into the compartment until it clicks and locks in place.

Turn on the display
Press the power button, select the desired pressure, and connect the air chuck or adapter securely.

Start inflation
Press the trigger switch. The pressure appears on the display while the item is being inflated.

Use lock-on when needed
Press and hold the trigger, then release it. The compressor continues running. Press the trigger again to stop.

Stop before disconnecting
Press the trigger to turn off the compressor before removing the air chuck. The compressor also stops automatically when the preset pressure is reached.
Duty Cycle & Safe Use
Use for household inflation only
The compressor is intended for occasional household use, not commercial operation or extended continuous inflation.
Do not use for large-volume items
The compressor is not designed for boats, pools, rafts, large air beds, or other large-volume inflatables.
Follow the item's pressure limit
Never exceed the pressure recommended by the vehicle, tire, or item manufacturer. Use only air-handling parts rated for at least 150 PSI.
Stay with the item
Do not leave an item unattended while it is being inflated, and never direct the air stream at any person.
Allow hot parts to cool
The hose connector and metal clamp can become hot during use. Let them cool before handling.
Know the automatic stop behavior
The compressor stops after 10 minutes of no-load operation. Under load, it runs until the preset pressure is reached.
Cleaning, Maintenance & Storage
Keep vents clear
Keep ventilation slots free of dust and dirt to help prevent motor overheating.
Clean with a soft cloth
Wipe the housing after use. If needed, use a soft cloth lightly moistened with soapy water.
Avoid damaging solvents
Do not use brake fluid, gasoline, alcohol, ammonia water, petroleum-based products, penetrating oils, or other strong solvents on plastic parts.
Inspect the hose
Check the hose for leaks, weak spots, or damage before each use. Do not use a damaged hose.
Store the hose and tool
Press the hose into the storage area on top of the compressor. Store the tool, battery, and charger indoors in a cool, dry place away from children, humidity, direct sunlight, and freezing temperatures.
Troubleshooting Guide
Turn off the compressor and remove the battery before checking the hose, chuck, adapter, or exterior vents. Perform only the safe checks below.
Unit Will Not Start or Has No Power
Possible Causes
- Battery is not fully inserted
- Battery is discharged
- Power button was not pressed or trigger is not fully depressed
- Thermal or overload protection was triggered
- Switch does not operate the compressor
Solutions
- Slide the battery into the compartment until it clicks
- Charge the 2.0 Ah battery for approximately 3.5 hours or the 3.0 Ah battery for approximately 4.5 hours
- Press the power button first, then fully depress the trigger
- Power off, remove the battery, allow the unit to cool for 10-15 minutes, and clear any external blockage
- Stop using the compressor and contact All Season Power if the switch does not operate the unit
Battery Will Not Charge or Charges Slowly
Possible Causes
- Wrong charger is being used
- Battery is too hot or too cold
- Charger is not connected correctly
Solutions
- Use the compatible 21V lithium-ion charger, model CZRW2200750U
- Let the battery return to 41°F-105°F (5°C-40.5°C)
- Unplug the charger, reconnect the charger plug to the battery charge socket, then reconnect the outlet
Unit Runs but Does Not Inflate
Possible Causes
- Adapter is not secured in the air chuck
- Wrong adapter is being used
- Air chuck is not clamped onto the valve stem
- Hose is loose, leaking, or damaged
Solutions
- Insert the adapter and press the clamp down until it locks
- Match the adapter to the valve type
- Push the chuck onto the valve stem and press the clamp parallel with the hose
- Inspect the hose, then screw its connector clockwise into the compressor and tighten securely
Item Does Not Reach the Target Pressure
Possible Causes
- Target pressure is not set correctly
- Battery charge is low
- Chuck or adapter connection is loose
- Item exceeds the compressor's intended capacity
Solutions
- Press and hold the plus or minus button to set the desired shutoff pressure
- Recharge the battery; 3-4 indicator lights are recommended for full performance
- Re-seat the chuck or adapter and fully lock the clamp
- Use a suitable high-volume inflator for boats, pools, rafts, or large air beds
Digital Gauge or LCD Does Not Work
Possible Causes
- Display turned off after 60 seconds of inactivity
- Battery is discharged
- Gauge was not turned on before operation
Solutions
- Press the power button to reactivate the display
- Recharge the battery
- Press the power button, set the pressure, then press the trigger
LED Work Light Does Not Turn On
Possible Causes
- Power button was not pressed
- Battery is discharged
Solutions
- Press the power button; the LED remains on for approximately 10 seconds
- Recharge the battery
Unit Stops Automatically During Use
Possible Causes
- Preset pressure was reached
- 10-minute no-load shutoff was triggered
- Battery was depleted during operation
- Thermal or overload protection activated
Solutions
- Turn off the unit before removing the air chuck; automatic stop at the selected pressure is normal
- Restart the compressor when ready after a no-load shutoff
- Recharge the battery before the next use
- Power off, remove the battery, and allow the unit to cool before restarting
Air Hose Connector Is Hot After Use
Possible Cause
- Normal heat buildup occurred during inflation

- Allow the connector and metal clamp to cool before handling
