Getting Started Filter safety: Use the HEPA filter for dry vacuuming only — never use it for liquids. The foam filter must be installed for wet vacuuming. Install the correct filter. Fit the HEPA filter for dry pickup or the foam filter for wet pickup before starting. Confirm assembly. Make sure the power head and vacuum hose are installed and locked securely, and attach the desired brush to the hose (with extension tubes if needed). Check your power source. Verify that the outlet voltage and frequency match the rating plate, then plug in the power cord. If using an extension cord, tie the two cords in a knot to keep them connected. Start the vacuum. Press the ON/OFF switch to the ON (I) position. Adjust suction if needed. Open the air-flow regulating block to reduce suction gradually; keep it closed for maximum suction. Stop the vacuum. Press the ON/OFF switch to the OFF (O) position when finished. Operating tips: Hold the hose about 0.4 in (1 cm) above the material being vacuumed. When picking up large amounts of liquid, don't fully submerge the attachment — leave a gap for air flow. To prevent overheating, stop the unit for one minute after every 15 minutes of use. Maintenance, Care & Storage Cleaning the dust tank Take the unit outside. Clean it outdoors to avoid making a mess indoors. Empty and rinse. Remove the power head, empty the tank, clean it with water, and let it dry completely. Drain after wet use. The tank must be drained and cleaned after every wet vacuuming. Turn the drain outlet cap clockwise to remove it and drain the liquid. Cleaning the HEPA filter (dry pickup only) Power down. Switch off and unplug the unit, then remove the power head. Remove the filter. With the power head upside down, carefully lift the HEPA filter off the filter cage. Clean it. Gently tap or brush off the dirt (outdoors, not in living areas). If needed, wash with mild soap and water, rinse clean, and air dry for 24 hours before reinstalling. Cleaning the foam filter (after every wet use) Power down. Switch off and unplug the unit, then remove the power head. Remove the filter. With the power head upside down, carefully remove the foam filter from the filter cage. Wash and dry. Wash with mild soap and water, rinse clean, and air dry for 24 hours before fitting it back onto the filter cage. Storage Examine the vacuum for worn, loose, or damaged parts, and inspect the appliance cord for wear or damage — replace it immediately if worn. Store the vacuum indoors in a clean, dry, locked location out of the reach of children and animals. When not in use, stow the tubes, handles, and nozzles in the onboard accessories storage. Always disconnect the power cord before performing any maintenance. Reinstall the HEPA filter before dry vacuuming again.
