Discount codes and Shop Joe e-gift cards can be entered during checkout. Follow the steps below and confirm that the amount is reflected in the order total before submitting your order.
Access Your E-Gift Card
Open the E-Gift Card
- Open the e-gift card email.
- Select View Your E-Gift Card.
- View the remaining balance, and gift card details.
Use the QR Code
- Locate the QR code provided with the e-gift card.
- Scan the QR code to reveal the code.
- Enter that code in the Discount code or gift card field at checkout.
Before placing your order: Make sure the discount or gift card amount is visible in the order summary before submitting the order.
Apply a Code at Checkout
- Add items to your cart Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
- Open your cart Select the cart icon, then review the products and quantities in your order.
- Proceed to checkout Select Checkout Now or the available checkout option.
- Find the code field Locate the field labeled Discount code or gift card. On a mobile device, expand or scroll to Order Summary if the field is not immediately visible.
- Enter your code Type or paste the discount or gift card code into the field.
- Apply the code Select Apply. Confirm that the discount or gift card amount appears in the order summary.
- Complete your order Enter the required shipping and payment information, review the final total, and submit the order.
