1. Check your confirmation email — After checkout, look for an email from Shop Joe.

   • Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

   • Expected result: You’ll find an email with your order number and details.

2. Log in to your Shop Joe account — Go to shopjoe.com and click My Account in the upper-right corner.

3. View your Order History — Once logged in, select Order History to see your past purchases and current order status.

   • Expected result: You’ll see a list of your recent orders and shipment details.

4. Need help? — Contact our Customer Support Team if you can’t find your confirmation email or need help with an order.

Tips: Always check your spam folder if you don’t see your order confirmation.
