Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order you have placed. While we do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, our warehouses process orders quickly, and the window for canceling an order is often very limited—sometimes only a few hours after the order is submitted. Please note that even if you have not yet received a tracking number, your order may already be in the shipping process. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

To check if your order can still be canceled, you may visit your account at shopjoe.com if you have an existing account, or locate your order confirmation email and follow the cancellation options provided there. If no cancellation option appears, the order may already be processing. In this case, please contact the Shop Joe Team directly for assistance.
