How to track your order Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Shop Joe. Click the tracking link in that email, or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order ships. Note: Can't find your confirmation email? Check your spam/junk folder, or chat with our support team with your order number. Free shipping threshold Orders of $150.00 or more qualify for free standard ground shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Taxes, discounts, protection plans, gift cards, and gift-wrapping charges do not count toward the minimum. Cancel or Modify an Order We begin processing orders quickly, so there is a limited window to make changes. Cancellation Orders can only be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive it (see Returns & Refunds below). To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. Act fast: Orders typically enter fulfillment within 1–2 hours of being placed. The sooner you reach us, the better the chance we can stop the shipment. Order modifications We are unable to modify orders (items, quantities, or shipping address) once placed. Package protection claims If you purchased package protection at checkout and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can file a claim directly through our customer portal.
