How to Locate Serial Number, Model Number and the Date Code

When you need to register your product, request warranty service, or contact customer support, it’s important to know your unit’s serial number, model number, and date code. Here’s how you can easily locate them:

Look at the Unit Itself

The serial number, model number, and date code can be found directly on the unit.
Please locate the black-and-white sticker attached to either the side or the back of the unit. This sticker contains important product information, including:

• Model Number

• Serial Number

• Date Code

Check the Product Manual

In addition to the unit sticker, the serial number, model number, and date code can also be found on the product manual cover page. In most cases, this information is listed on page 1 of the manual for quick reference.
