Difference Between Password Reset vs. Email Reset

At Shop Joe, we want to make it easy for you to access your account. Here’s a quick guide to help you determine which type of reset you may need:

Password Reset
Use this if you:

• Already have an active Shop Joe account

• Know your login email but forgot your password

Simply click “Forgot Password” on the login page to receive a reset link and create a new password.

Email Reset (Account Reactivation)
Use this if you:

• Cannot access your account at all

• Are not receiving password reset emails

• Need your account reactivated due to inactivity or system updates

You will receive a new activation link to regain access to your account.

Important Note About Registered Items

• Your registered items remain safe in our system

• Some items may not immediately appear after updates, but our team can assist you

• We are actively working to restore full visibility of all registered items in your account
