The Extend Warranty is an optional extended protection plan available for Shop Joe® products. Once your manufacturer's warranty expires, Extend continues to cover eligible repairs and replacements—giving you continued support and peace of mind.

How to Purchase an Extended Warranty
You can purchase an Extend Warranty through any of the following three options:

During Checkout
Add the Extend Warranty when purchasing your product on
shopjoe.com. The option will appear on the product page or at checkout.

After Product Registration
Once your product is registered at
shopjoe.com/register, you may receive an email offering the option to add an extended warranty for your registered product.

Through Customer Support
Contact our team to request a checkout link for the Extend Warranty at any time while your manufacturer's warranty is still active.
How to Cancel an Extended Warranty
You may cancel your Extend Warranty only if both of the following conditions are met:

Within 60 Days of Purchase
The cancellation request must be submitted within 60 days of the original Extend Warranty purchase date.

No Claim Filed or Processed
No warranty claim may have been filed or processed before the cancellation request.

If a claim has already been filed or processed, or if more than 60 days have passed since purchase, the Extend Warranty cannot be cancelled. Contact Extend directly for questions about your specific plan.
How to File an Extend Warranty Claim

Extend Warranty claims are intended for issues that occur after your manufacturer's warranty has expired. If your product is still within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact the Shop Joe® Customer Support Team instead of filing a claim with Extend.
